APPOINTMENTS
Please call the spa desk to make your appointment,864-254-0754. All spa services are subject to availability. Prices and service selections are subject to change without notice. The length of each spa service is approximate. Spa treatments must be guaranteed with a credit card. Prices do not include gratuities.
CHECK IN
To enjoy the full value of your spa experience, we suggest you arrive at least ten minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Your treatment will always end at the scheduled time, so please remember to be on time. We regret we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories. Spa V enus is an adult environment of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect other guest’s privacy by turning off pagers and cellular phones when you enter the spa.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A major credit card reserves you appointment. We understand at times it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. We respectfully request 24 hrs. notice of cancellations for services, and 48 hr. for spa packages, or the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee. No shows will be charged 100%. Spa V enus strictly adheres to our cancellation policy.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Spa gift certificates make an ideal year-round gift for any special occasion. Gift certificates can be purchased for any dollar amount, service, package or spa emporium item. Gift certificates are non-refundable, although, services may be changed for equal value.
Gift certificates are available for any amount, for any service.
